Ep Available in stores NOW!

Unfortunately the original EP is limited.
People who visited the release party got themselves a free EP and then there was the free download on the site. But.. from now on the EP is in different stores in Amsterdam. Patta, Ben-G, Concrete, 8cht, 290 Square Meters, Tom’s Skateshop, Freshcotton Spui-Store, Sub Zero (Koningsplein), Wolf and Pack and Rush Hour got a small edition of the EP for free. Get them over there! In the course of next week we will retail the EP in other cities in The Netherlands. Can’t wait? You can also send an email to info@nationofelzi.com for more information. At the start of 2009, the track ‘Lost in Translation’ by the Nation Of Elzi, was released onto the internet for the very first time. The track was well received by listeners and shortly after that, ‘Back in Time’ and ‘Mellow Sunday’ were also released as promotional tracks. In virtually no time at all, has this talented group from Amsterdam claimed a spot on the list of ‘True HipHop’. Due to their innovative style, the so called; ‘Neo Soulful HipHop’.

They are proving that real HipHop nowadays doesn’t have to be mainstream. It basically requires some good beats, a sprinkle of soul, English lyrics and an overdose of a ‘feel good’ vibe. The driven members are taking their music to even a higher level with the new release of their EP: Earth Like Zion Is.
Earth like Zion Is, embodies everything the Nation of Elzi stands for.

The EP contains a variety of different tracks; the relaxed, laid back tracks but also the up-tempo tracks are well represented. Apart from their own creations, the HipHop formation has also worked with producer I.N.T. of La Melodia. With this EP, the Nation of Elzi is trying to bring the meaning of E.L.Z.I. across, also known as the feeling: ‘heaven on earth’.

On Saturday, May 23rd, the EP will be released in the Bitterzoet, Amsterdam.
It starts at 20.30 and lasts till 23.00, the night will be filled with performances of Nation of Elzi, DJ-sets of DJ Abstract and Filthy Jerks. There will also be a launch of the new video ‘Mellow Sunday’. Tonight’s host will be no one other then MC Complex. The damage is only a measly amount of € 7,50 and every visitor will receive a free EP! After 23.00 the night will flow over to Apple tree Nights.

Which means there is no reason for you to not visit the Bitterzoet on May 23rd!

First of all, I hope everyone is well rested and still alive, because the weekends are crazy!
You know what I mean.. Saturday is for getting your groove on and you feel like doodoo on Sunday. However, that's all about to change! Nation of Elzi has just released their brand new track 'Mellow Sunday'. It's a feel-good song that people will enjoy for at least the next few months.

NATION OF ELZI.com ONLINE! Yeaaah!

This site has finally become a worthy component of the worldwide web!
First we had to be satisfied with our page on Hyves and Myspace, but now we can update you about Nation of Elzi Right here, right now!

The tracks ‘Lost in Translation’ and ‘Back in Time’ are released so far and we received lots of positive comments! So thanks for that one! Next week we will release a new track through Aztex, (mixed by Killing Skills). So, we have a date next week right? Just kidding.
All we wanna say is that you just have to feel free to drop by and be on the lookout for the updates. We hope to see you soon!
